Store Promotion Policy:
New customer promotions can not be combined with any current and active store promotions. Only one promotional code may be used per transaction.
Shipping Policy:
Our shipping policy is as follows:
All US orders over $50.00 ship via USPS Priority 2-3 Day for FREE. All US orders of $50 or less will have a $5 shipping fee. Orders will ship the same day if placed by 3:30 PM Arizona time. If a customer would like Next Day shipping services, their order is subject to a $30.00 charge. Orders must be placed by noon in order to receive the order the next day. Otherwise orders will ship out the following business day.
Orders under $100USD will ship complete if order is mixed of pre-order and in-stock items. Orders over $100USD will ship as items become available.
All International shipping charges start at $13 USD depending on the country. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. There may also be additional fees charged once the package arrives in your country in order to get the package to you. Customs regualtions vary from country to country, please contact your local customs office for further information. Because your privacy is important to us, we want you to know that any items shipping internationally are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Also, we may provide certain information regarding your shipment to our international carriers which may then be passed on to customs authorities for customs clearance and local law compliance.
All international orders will ship complete.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS - Whether they be domestic or international, you (the customer) are responsible for any and all fees throughout the shipping process. Any fees charged to Hint Boutique will be deducted from your merchandise credit. Customers will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Also, customers will be charged a shipping adjustment fee, equal to the amount that we spent to ship your item. We kindly take on part of the shipping expense, to cut back part of your order charges, when an order is refused our money is wasted. Any and all fees will be deducted from the customer's total store credit.
Return Policy:
All regular priced clothing may be returned for a store credit or exchanged for other merchandise. The clothing must be unwashed, unworn, and must have the tags attached. Merchandise that has been damaged while in the customers care will be automatically become an unauthorized return. All NCLA products, swimwear, lingerie (intimate apparel) and socks, scarves, headbands and hats, shoes, handbags, and jewelry are final sale. Customers will have 30 days from the delivery date to email Hint Boutique with your reason for the return, the product name and size in order to qualify for an exchange or store credit. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We request that you email us at orders4hint@aol.com, prior to packaging and shipping your return so that we may verify and approve your return. Any unauthorized returns (includes clearly worn/damaged merchandise) will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. We will respond within 24 hours with an approval number, which we request you write on the shipping label. Please be aware that all returned items will be inspected before any credit or exchange is issued.

Modifications & Cancellations:
Once an order has been placed we are unable to make changes to that order, that includes cancellations.
We not offer refunds on Pre-order purchases, only a store credit.
Pre-Order Policies:
Please do note, that when purchasing an item on preorder you will be charged in full at the time you place the order. Pre-Order dates are subject to change if potential delays in manufacturing occur. The manufacturing process is out of our control and therefore can be unpredictable.
If we are unable to supply your pre-order due to "short-shipping" or manufacturer defects, your order will be cancelled and you will be issued a full refund right away (these are the only circumstances in which refunds are permitted).
